Over the last few weeks we have had a new phone system installed at the surgery.
If you are unable to get through to the surgery straight away on the phone we ask that you bear with us as we are probably very busy and someone will answer your call when they have finished with the call or patient they are dealing with.
Whilst we are hopeful that the new phone system will help to improve access to the surgery we cannot guarantee this as we still have the same financial limitations such that we are only able to employ a finite number of staff on the money we get to provide GP services to our patients.
We are a very busy surgery providing 4000+ patient encounters every month, with demand increasing month on month. Staff at the surgery do not sit about doing nothing; they work tirelessly to provide the best service we can with the resources we have.
